The Integration and Test Software Engineer will be responsible for developing & executing programmatic testing strategies for REST services, and extending existing test frameworks as necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute test cases against RESTful API.
Design, develop and improve integration testing applications for REST services.
Prepare time estimates and schedule for testing activities.
Identify, isolate, and document bugs clearly and concisely
Develop an understanding of Test Automation, and build at least a basic understanding of Automation development utilizing identified toolset.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Hands on experience in either C# or Java
Ability to work in an Agile SDLC
Ability to juggle multiple projects
Familiarity with Black Box, Gray Box and/or White Box Testing
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML technologies
Excellent ability to participate and cooperate in a team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience
