The Integration Solutions Manager will lead, design, coordinate and implement the integration of technology service providers into Turn?s platform technology ecosystem. Reporting to the Director of Sales Engineering, the Integration Solutions Manager is the primary resource and partner to the Business Development and Product Management teams for leading our partner integrations. The Integration Solutions Manager plays a critical role in actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the partnership process, working in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our platform. Proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of integration best practices are critical to successful performance in this role. This role requires full understanding of all aspects of the software development life cycle and is the primary lead of all partner integration projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead technical integration with new partners into Turn?s Cloud Marketing Platform
Orchestrate integration projects and corresponding strategies between business units, product management, program management and development teams
Ensure that integration planning and practices are aligned with strategic business goals and the company?s overall strategic vision
Work with business development team to negotiate terms of SLAs
Responsible for validating integration projects meet business requirements and goals, align with product strategy and fulfills end-user requirements
Develop and roll-out standard processes to support and facilitate integration projects and initiatives
Lead planning, executing, and managing the strategic integration of new technology partners into existing systems and infrastructure
Collaborate with external and internal teams (data analysts, product, development and quality engineering) to test and validate newly-incorporated integration measurement steps
Lead and support the testing phase of development in order to identify and remedy potential problem areas
Identify all technical integration and deployment issues of assigned accounts
Evaluate results of integration projects, report and influence business and product strategies based on findings
Qualifications
Ideal candidates are self-motivated with a proven track record in deployments and integrations for Big Data analytic platforms, DMP, DSP/SSP or Ad Exchange Platforms, SEM, Marketing Automation or Third Party Ad Servers within the digital advertising ecosystem. They will have extensive knowledge of ad industry technologies including auction-based ad exchanges, ad serving, behavioral targeting, performance optimization and analytics. An ideal candidate is comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization that develops leading edge technologies which require expanding your knowledge on a monthly and even weekly basis, all within a dramatically expanding partnership program. They must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, SOWs, partner meetings and when submitting reports. Organized and analytical, candidates must be able to navigate around obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other analytical/quantitative discipline is preferred
7+ year experience in the software industry in a customer facing role. Experience in the Enterprise Software as a Service(SaaS) technology deployment
Ability to maintain a high level of customer service while managing multiple engagements
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
Strong analytical skills. Ability to collect and analyze input from multiple sources
Strong time management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Strong project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures, project lifecycle models, etc
Superior verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to listen carefully, influence and network with a broad spectrum of internal and external colleagues and customers
Resourceful problem solver, driven by results and comfortable working in a start-up environment
Self-starter, reliable, honest and a proven team player with keen attention to detail
Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping and methodology development, and data mapping
Strong background in risk management methodologies as they relate to integration
Outstanding writing and documentation skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Able to conduct research into application integration issues and products
