The Integration Specialist is responsible for integrating the TrueCommerce software with the client?s business system along with mentoring and acting as a resource for the other Integration Specialists on a day-to-day basis.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Develop or modify Business System Plug-ins (BSPs) based on the customer?s specifications and their business and operational needs
Act as a resource for other Integration Specialists to assist with the use of internal tools, day-to-day mapping questions and issue resolution.
Maintain a thorough understanding of specified business system configurations and features
Maintain a thorough understanding of general business processes to apply in integration projects
Coordinate QC/QA processes of new and modified BSPs
Participate in user acceptance testing for new BSP enhancements and other software releases
Based on business process and knowledge of client, provide insight for enhancements to products
Contact new customers to guide them through the integration of their business system with True Commerce software.
Support existing customers with post-production integration issues and requests.
Support VARs in completing system integration projects with clients as they relate to EDI.
Assist other Integration Specialists with client calls and issues as necessary.
Work with the Team Lead ? Integrations and other management of Professional Services on process improvement and other department initiatives as appropriate
Provide weekly status reports on current integration projects to the Team Lead ? Integrations
Required:
3 years experience in client services or system integration business environment
Proficiency with Integrating True Commerce software with business systems of all kinds preferred.
High level of experience and knowledge of BSP mapping tool.
Experience with business systems such as Peachtree, QuickBooks, MAS, or Great Plains
Ability to communicate technical information effectively to coworkers and customers
Ability to interpret technical requirements
Well-developed troubleshooting skills
