The Integration Specialist is responsible for integrating the TrueCommerce software with the client?s business system as part of the overall software implementation process.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Work with customers during the software implementation process to develop or modify the business system integration between the TrueCommerce EDI solution and the customer?s business system (Quickbooks, Sage, SAP, Microsoft, etc).
Ability to create and modify TrueCommerce Business System Plug-ins (BSPs) based on the customer?s specifications and their business and operational needs .
Maintain a thorough understanding of business system configurations and features
Maintain a thorough understanding of general business processes to apply in integration projects.
Coordinate testing processes for new business system integrations and modifications
Thoroughly test all business system integration changes prior to releasing to customer?s production environment.
Participate in user acceptance testing for new business system integration enhancements and other software releases.
Based on business process and knowledge of client, provide insight for enhancements to products.
Support existing customers with post-production integration issues and requests.
Assist other Integration Specialists with client calls and issues as necessary.
Work with the Integration Supervisor and other management of Professional Services on process improvement and other department initiatives as appropriate
Provide weekly status reports on current integration projects
2-3 years of experience in client services, software support or implementation as a technical resource
Passionate about customer service
High sense of urgency
Experience with SQL and other scripting languages
Experience with MS SQL database
Ability to train customers on product features and functionality
Ability to communicate technical information effectively to coworkers and customers
Ability to interpret technical requirements
Well-developed troubleshooting skills
Experience with business systems such as Peachtree, QuickBooks, MAS, or Great Plains a plus
