We are currently seeking a Integration Specialist for our Houston, TX office.
Location:
Houston or Remote
Overarching Objectives:
To increase the number of suppliers and carriers with FuelQuest.
To ensure timely and complete integration with suppliers and carriers.
To improve the experience of suppliers and carriers when integrating with FuelQuest.
To support the Development Operations and Professional Services teams with one off custom support and data setup/automation as business needs dictate.
Approach position from both a strategic and tactical perspective - driving improvements to individual integration efforts and the collective processes, methodologies, and documentation.
To ensure timely and accurate integration with customer back office ERP or Accounting systems.
Role
Test integration files from suppliers and carriers.
Oversee and execute individual integration efforts.
Evaluate existing onboarding materials and modify as needed.
Improve existing processes and create relevant documentation.
Ensure taxing concerns are addressed when testing invoice integration.
Communicate value of integrating with FuelQuest to suppliers and carriers.
Complete required data gathering and ticketing to enable IP firewall connectivity.
Train and educate others in the organization on how to ensure successful integration.
Work with industry data and pricing providers (DTN, OPIS, etc) to set up appropriate integration.
Coordinate with supply managers to understand requirements, test scenarios, and data elements.
Coordinate with project and program managers regarding various project deliverables and meet corresponding timelines.
Onboard suppliers - this includes pricing, invoicing, Carrier dispatch (CLT) and delivery report (in some cases, remote training for manual entry.
Communicate updates to documents and suggest system improvements to product management team.
Create process diagrams for MOE integration and lead process discovery with key stakeholders in accounting, procurement, operations and audit.
Develop and generate custom open reports to assist suppliers and carriers with ensuring their data is successfully coming out of or going into FMS.
Requirements
Bachelors degree.
MS Office proficiency.
Customer service experience.
Previous integration experience.
Project Management experience.
Knowledge of motor fuels industry.
Process improvement and redesign experience.
Knowledge of Fuel Management System is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of various back office/IT/ERP/Accounting systems.
Knowledge of various fuel management/transportation systems.
