The Integration Specialist acts as a subject matter expert, both internally and externally, for core system and risk management integrations . The Integration Specialist is responsible for configuring, testing and troubleshooting interfaces with various third party sources. The successful candidate will also be responsible for performing maintenance and troubleshooting defects for live customers.
About the Responsibilities
Act as primary configurator for third party interfaces during client implementations
Lead client discussions focused on technical requirements, best business practices and subject matter topics related to third party integrations
Collaborate with Project Managers, Customer Care Advocates, and clients to provide expertise and training in all areas of third party integration
Develop and maintain internal and external third party integration documentation
Identify opportunities and propose solutions to improve processes and streamline implementations in support of Andera?s clients
About You
Bachelor?s Degree from a 4-year college or university
Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities professionally
Preferred But Not Required:
Project management experience
Client/account management experience
Exposure to XML, HTML, SQL and ColdFusion
