About the Opportunity
The Integration Specialist acts as a subject matter expert, both internally and externally, for core system and risk management integrations . The Integration Specialist is responsible for configuring, testing and troubleshooting interfaces with various third party sources. The successful candidate will also be responsible for performing maintenance and troubleshooting defects for live customers. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, motivated, independent thinker who is interested in making an impact and driving results.
About the Responsibilities
Configure, test and troubleshoot interfaces with various third party sources including core processors and risk management vendors
Develop and maintain internal and external third party integration documentation
Optimize resource tools to achieve a greater business value for clients and internal teams
Identify opportunities and propose solutions to improve processes and streamline implementations in support of Andera?s clients
Provide assistance and support for internal teams with respect to implementation challenges as needed
Bachelor?s Degree from a 4-year college or university
Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities professionally
Preferred But Not Required:
Exposure to XML, HTML, SQL and/or ColdFusion
