The Technical Managers take a leadership role in ensuring the successful onboarding and ongoing sucess of all technical aspects of our prospects and clients. The successful candidate will be able to proactively identify and address customer business and technical needs to promote our publisher Clients revenue generation. The candidate will be responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the presales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and identifying all technical issues and applying best practices of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Ability to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships with key business, operational and technical constituents throughout the sales cycle and ongoing relationships.
Ideal candidate must be self-motivated and extensive knowledge of Web development, ad-serving and mobile technology
Apply best practice expertise to the initial on boarding as well as ongoing technical support
Project Manage the tech aspects of the account
Act as named point of contact to provide professional, courteous, and prompt technical assistance for sell-side premier publisher customers
Collaborate with other Medialets departments to drive communication, prioritization, analysis, and resolution of customer challenges and issues, results in the highest level of customer satisfaction
Lead the analysis and research for complex technical issues and work with senior management on the sales, Engineering and the Client Services teams
Provide regular updates and timely resolution to the customer
Maintain industry, Medialets products and customers knowledge to provide successful ad management operational and technical consultation
Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
At least 2 years of work experience in a client services environment
SDK such as Apple iOS, Android, etc.
Experience with ad serving and rich media technologies, mobile and/or web publishers or working with ad agencies
Comfortable in dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapid expanding customer base.
Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports
Excellent presentation, written, and oral communications skills
Organized, attention to details and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
3-5 years of relevant experience in vendor sales
Experience and familiarity of mobile and advertising plus
BS in Computer Science or a related field is strongly preferred
