SUMMARY:The Integrations Product Manager will identify and develop key product integrations and extensions by working closely with customers and partners. The ideal candidate blends a strong development background with polished product management skills and has an obvious passion for solving complex problems with well-designed andintuitive solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Specify market requirements for product integrations by conducting market research and gathering customer input
In a Scrum environment; author detailed product requirements and user stories, fully own and properly manage the product backlog and overall team prioritization
Work with internal and external customers to uncoverkey needs, actively manage bug triage, accurately scope effort, and develop realistic release timelines
Lead team in hands-on, deep-dive review of technical requirements forthird party products to determine integration requirements
Collaborate with product, services, sales, support and marketing teams to deliver class leading products
Be primary technical contact with integration partners and help themunderstand the best ways to leverage the platform?s extensibility
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 5 years? experience in technology product management in the SaaS space
Familiarity with agile product management methods; specifically, Scrum and Kanban
Strong project management skills
Results oriented team player with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; able to speak in both business and technical terms
Able to work independently in a fast paced environment and enjoy the small company feeling
Highly capable at using strong technical skills to translate business requirements into effective development user stories
Must have experience with broad range of integration technologies, platforms, and tools
Experience with web services and XML standards (SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML Schema, etc.)
Consulting or Professional Services background a plus
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
BA/BS Degree in computer science or engineering; MBA a plus
