Intensivist Recruiter Cogent Healthcare
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED This Recruiter will be responsible primarily for sourcing and screening Intensivist Physician candidates for new and existing markets within Cogent Healthcare. This position is an integral part of the recruitment process for Cogent Healthcare.
This position interfaces directly with our Directors of Intensivist Recruitment on a daily basis. The focus is on hiring the nation?s best physicians into our company in an efficient and timely manner.
Improve recruiting process and quality of candidates hired. Refine physician hiring processes through improved sourcing, development of assessment tools, and the ability to react quickly to the hiring needs of our programs.
Meet with Director of Intensivist Recruitment on a regular basis to assess the hiring needs of the markets and give candidate pipeline updates.
Active participation in weekly Status Report meetings
In Collaboration with the Director, thoroughly evaluate and research recruitment environment for all new markets
Update and maintain job posting and physician database websites
Review, refine, and improve all recruitment practices and maintain oversight of recruitment process
Assess and improve recruitment efforts via internet, mailings, journal advertising, medical conferences, etc.
Determine online internet marketing recruiting strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates.
Periodically attend industry conferences to increase Cogent Healthcare?s name recognition in the marketplace and recruit new candidates
Occasional travel to hospital sites to familiarize yourself with the facilities.
In conjuction with Director, develop assessment tools to help with consistent evaluation of candidate quality and competency.
Education, Training and Experience
3 - 5 years of physician sourcing and/or executive/leadership recruiting experience with a track record of implementing successful recruitment, selection and development strategies for a company that is experiencing significant growth.
BA/BS degree is required
Experience in Applicant Tracking System ? Required (CRM experience strongly preferred)
Experience sourcing Physician candidates ? Strongly preferred
Moderate domestic travel required (up to 25%)
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
