RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with customers, product management, and product development to define product features and functionality
Creatively apply the best user interface design ideas of the consumer web to business applications
Conceive of breakthrough user interactions
Discover, evaluate, and document interface design patterns and standards
Present and promote the results of user research, user interface designs, and usability studies to product management and development groups.
Work closely with development teams to understand engineering constraints and propose the best design solutions.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Talented in interaction design with 3 - 5 years experience
Experience designing wildly successful applications
Creative thinker who can effectively communicate ideas
Good people skills ? communicate easily with very co-workers and users
Demonstrated skills in prototyping UI designs.
Demonstrated experience developing and communicating product interaction designs, guidelines, templates and standards.
Proven effectiveness in working as a member in cross-functional teams that include engineering, product management, editorial, and marketing.
