Interactive Marketing Manager Ping Identity
DescriptionPing Identity is looking for an inspired interactive marketing manager who will transform our company?s digital marketing initiatives. In this role, the right candidate will have demonstrated growth in web lead generation, leveraging the optimal mix of interactive tactics. This role will be responsible for defining and implementing digital marketing plans to meet demand generation goals.
This position reports to the Director of Marketing Communications. Alignment with product marketing, corporate marketing, web development team and inside sales is essential. Must be a self-starter and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, changing environment.
? Ability to define and execute an interactive strategy that is optimized for lead
attainment, funnel management and opportunity conversion, as well as inspires
repeat visits and purchases.
? Traffic & Lead Optimization
o Develop digital strategy to maximize business leads through multiple digital
o Manage and assess digital programs, (including mobile, display, social
marketing programs and SEM, to produce lead volume at scale
o Identify keywords that drive PPC decisions and help support building
SEO-optimized digital assets.
o Manage lead acquisition costs.
? Web Analytics & Reporting
o Develop web analytics tracking and reporting dashboard for use in website /
campaign performance analysis.
o Reporting effectiveness of paid and non-paid digital performance.
o Define and establish proper business KPIs to measure effectiveness paid and
non-paid digital channel results.
o Technical knowledge of pixel/tag placement to ensure proper data capture
across multiple tracking platforms.
o Define, manage, and document tests (multivariate, A/B, usability) that drive
improvements to user experience and lead conversion.
? Digital Program Management
o Manage and execute interactive projects (i.e. website / microsite
wireframes, banners, etc.), working in close collaboration with Ping?s
product marketing, design team, and agencies.
o Collaborate with internal partners and lead projects on interactive design
requirements, website structure and measurement.
? On-Going Management
o Manage digital marketing cost structure and operations.
o Ensure ongoing quality control for all digital marketing campaigns.
o Manage relationship with digital agencies
? Assist with special projects and ongoing marketing efforts as required.
? Self-starter and strong leader with a minimum of 5 years of software, Web 2.0
marketing and social media experience
? Passion for online marketing and behavior
? Expertise in UE/UX that optimizes for conversions; in-depth knowledge of
wireframe design software, such as Axure
? Deep understanding of driving SEM/SEO
? Expertise with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEOMoz, etc.)
? Expertise with Salesforce.com and marketing automation systems (i.e.
Marketo) for campaign tracking and measurement
? Detail oriented and extremely organized
? Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
? Ability to collaborate effectively across a range of marketing functions
? Experience with Content Management Systems; Adobe CQ5 a plus
? Self-directed and self-motivated with a demonstrated work ethic and ability to
perform under pressure and meet deadlines
? Experience in enterprise software, SaaS and B2B marketing
? Experience in a digital marketing agency
? Experience with Adobe design software (Flash, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
and Dreamweaver), a plus
