You will be working directly with product managers and engineers to ensure that we create the absolute best web experience.
About You:
--You are a self-starter who is driven by their craft
--You have an unending drive for simplicity
--You relish at the 3200% level
--You think about all areas of the product, even those you may not be a part of
--You know what makes the user tick. You know how to inform, instruct, and even motivate
--You embrace collaboration and communicate effectively
--You take pride in the process, and you aren't afraid of trashing an existing design for a better solution
Requirements:
--Experience designing user interfaces for the web
--Can work with a UX Designer to create a pixel-perfect experience.
--Must possess the willingness to solicit feedback from real users and teammates
--Strong experience with Photoshop & Illustrator
--Experience with Omnigraffle
--Comfortable designing for both iOS and Android
--Focused on the latest web trends (Responsive Design, Mobile First, etc.)
Preferred skills (bonus points):
--Front-End development chops
--Experience designing with user stories, personas, and testing
--You have a Dribbble account and/or a blog
