Under general supervision, responsibilities will include new interface development, mapping, monitoring and maintaining current interfaces.
Work with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Client Services and Clients on troubleshooting interface issues.
Creating documents and documenting the error queues process.
Review, analyze, research correction of data, mapping, documentation, monitoring and maintaining current error queues.
Modify programming systems including coding, testing, debugging, and installing to support an organization's interface.
Perform other duties as assigned.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Healthcare charge and billing inquiry research experience (understanding why an interface isn't being accepted into the system)
Experience with moving electronic data files and creating files.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
HL7 familiarity and support experience
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
Understanding of patient healthcare data.
Good problem solving, organization and prioritization skills.
Effective communication skills.
Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism.
A team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
