In this position, the Intern will work as part of a team of professionals that play a key role in the implementation of Cisco Unified Contact Center and Spanlink products. The intern will learn to apply business requirements and design concepts to contact center application development and deployment. This position requires a conscientious self-starter who looks beyond their own work assignments to ensure a successful project completion.
II. Responsibilities
? Duties will include the ability to translate technical specifications into working code, and solve problems with consideration of the end user experience
? Experience with a disciplined development methodology and release management process
? Must be a team player and willing to learn new technologies
III. Experience and Skills
? Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Good human relation skills
? Ability to work effectively by themselves or as part of a team
? Basic knowledge in the following technologies
o Java Programming
o Linux
o Microsoft operating systems such as Win 2k, XP, 2K3
o MS SQL Programming and/or Informix
o .Net Architecture
o C# Programming
o Windows Forms, Web Forms, Windows Services application development is a plus
IV. Education
? Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
