Mindspark?s summer internship program is designed to provide college students the opportunity to explore careers in our industry by providing meaningful and practical technical experience, and having fun in the process!POSITION SUMMARY:
The Data Engineering Intern will report to the VP of Data Engineering. This role will focus on many different aspects of technology and allow for the intern to explore different aspects of the business and work closely with our support team, all while gaining real hands on experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Show high level of detail orientation, organization, flexibility, teamwork, and relationship building skills
Routinely demonstrate complex problem-solving skills without supervision
Work with business analysts and product teams to understand business requirements
Incorporate data sources across the organization into validated and approved data marts
REQUIREMENTS:
To be eligible for a Mindspark internship, you must be registered as a student in good standing at an accredited college or university. The registration must apply for the full duration of the internship.
Candidate must have completed at least two years at an accredited college ? a major in Computer Science is preferre
Experience in Javascript, CSS, HTML5, or MVC experience.
This position is based at the Mindspark headquarters in White Plains, NY - a 5-minute walk from the Metro North White Plains station.
