The Professional Serivces Intern will be responsible for providing support to the Professional Serivces team on various projects and initiatives. In this role, he/she will be responsible for the administration of day-to-day activities as it relates to the program, including reporting, assiting trainers with class preparation, ing student records in SalesForce, reviewing training course manuals, creating online accreditation exams, as well other duties as required by Management. The position will require interaction and communications with internal departments as well as the TrackWise user community.
Duties and Responsibilities
Support Professional Serivces team with day to day efforts.
Maintain student records in SalesForce to ensure accurate student reporting.
Assist in the development of online accreditation exams for customers and partners. Includes online input of questions, conducting tests of published exams to ensure accuracy, distributing tests to participants and reporting results to management.
Confirm student course registrations and communicate with finance to invoice students.
Prepare packets for students attending classes each week.
Trial run new training courses to provide feedback.
Review course manuals versus the training environment to ensure all required steps are documented in course workbooks. Provide feedback to trainers as needed.
Configure online registration links to enable TrackWise students to register for training online.
Distribute student surveys and report results using online survey tool.
Prepare reports as requested by management.
All other duties as required by management.
Must be able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
Strong undergraduation academic performance (3.4 GPA or better) and completed two years of college.
Must be a full or part time student working towards a degree.
Previous work experience in a professional environment strongly desired.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong writing skills, as evidenced by writing samples.
Strong analytic and organziationl skills.
Detail orientated, excellent follow-through abilities, professional demeanor.
Highly motivated with a strong desire to keep learning on the job.
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
Ability to clearly communicate thoughts and ideas in person, over the telephone, and in written correspondence.
Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word required.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Highly developed problem solving abilities.
Strong time management skills and flexibility to juggle 2-3 assignments at once, making progress on one assignment, then setting it aside to make some progress on another while keeping deadlines in mind.
