Responsibilities:
The Intern Project Manager will work closely with the Manager to assist with small initiatives such as
Support managers with administrative aspects of managing team.
Support team with maintaining information repository
Support the Manager with report creation and analysis of resource usage / availability on project portfolio for Retail Solutions using the Microsoft Project server (PPM) data.
Ensure that all project documentation is stored in proper universally accessible repositories
Ability to use Microsoft Project 2010 to track progress; drive the direction of the project and to communicate with involved team members, with a high degree of proficiency
Produce, maintain and communicate updates to the team vacation schedule
Produce Microsoft Project enterprise reporting and follow up with Retail Solutions team members to ensure that compliance with time sheet entries
Data Entry of information into a partner repository based on information gathered from team.
Manage small scale projects from initiations to completion.
Support team with deployment activities.
Qualifications:
Proficient in programing language concepts
Proficiencies with verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
Working towards a CIS/CS degree
