Job Profile
SUMMARY: The main purpose of this role is to build an ongoing profitable business relationship between Infor and a set of assigned accounts. This will be done through account managing our larger accounts and direct sales approaches to our larger opportunities. Candidates will be responsible for achieving booking goals on a continuous basis by managing, building and developing a pipeline of software sales opportunities. Candidates will also team up with external sales representatives and will handle smaller transactions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to a service booking target on the « Offfice of the CFO » product line (Sun,Expense Mgmt, Performance Mgmt, Masterpiece, etc.).
- Account Management, focusing on larger accounts, in order to create, manage and close sales opportunities
- Be able to position Infor as a company and proposed solutions
- Work as part of a team with external services account managers and the service team
- Use and update CRM tools and forecasts
- Communicate clearly and regularly, both verbally and in writing, with clients, sales teams and your management
PROFILE:
- 3 to 5 years of direct internal software sales or account management experience
- Experience of financial accounting software would be a plus
- Energized, enthusiastic, committed, motivated, flexible, ambitious, eager to learn, extravert
- Professional, problem-solving oriented
- Meeting or exceeding company standards for customer phone contact and documentation of customer interactions
