As a Internal Communications Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing the internal communications strategies and plans by developing high-impact messaging using vehicles that influence, engage and motivate our employees and provide consistent reinforcement of Belkin?s mission, strategy and values. This position will also develop and execute internal communications via email, all hands meetings, executive committee meetings, Belkin?s intranet, company celebration/recognition events and various other internal communication channels. This person will develop ongoing relationships with various stakeholders such as Human Resources, Managers, Business Units, Branding, Marketing, Public Relations, Social Media, Executives and Corporate Development to integrate and assist with the delivery of appropriate and consistent messaging. These relationships will encourage and help to drive a dialogue with our employees and not just one way communications.

Successfully develop, implement and manage comprehensive internal communications plans and programs to help employees at all levels and areas of the organization to better understand their role in supporting the company?s goals, strategy, values and culture
Work with various stakeholders to establish key audience, core message and appropriate content
Establish a consistent Belkin tone that resonates with our culture, mission and values
Use communication mediums to drive change, influence Belkin?s culture, engage employees in conversation, and drive action through easy to understand language
Ensure consistent and ongoing communications to employees of company activities, events, projects and launches
What you?ll need
Bachelor degree in Communications, Public Relations, Writing, or equivalent required
5 years of corporate internal communications experience with in-depth understanding of internal communications principles, strategies, policies and procedures
Exceptional writing/editing, oral communication and presentation skills
Expertise in developing, maintaining and executing internal/employee communications plans that are aligned with company goals and generate measurable results
Knowledge of using social and digital media platforms for communication
Demonstrated ability to manage and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
Flexible and responsive; with the ability to multi-task, work calmly, and maintain good judgment in a fast-paced, dynamic deadline oriented work environment
What you?ve done
Develop and manage calendars and production schedules for all internal communications vehicles Identify opportunities to better communicate our company activities to internal teams.
Work with the social media team to develop and implement new social media opportunities as it relates to recruiting, employee engagement and communication
Oversee the annual employee engagement survey communication, data collection and results process
Coordinate and assist our global offices with companywide or regional specific internal communications
Pursue and understand trends in the internal communications practice and social media environment, and incorporate into communication strategies. Serve as a day-to-day cross-functional partner of Human Resources
