Job description:
This Order Processing position is to support Harmonic Sales Operations. The candidate must be familiar with order entry and order management.
A successful candidate will be able to manage and document detailed written communication in the form of Purchase Orders.
This candidate requires in-depth understanding of purchasing and shipping terms.
They will be responsible for corporate product loans from order entry to domestic and global shipping.
The position includes filing and maintaining all records involving loan and order processing that are necessary to meet SOX audit requirements.
A positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative to exceed customer expectations are required.
A successful candidate must work well in a team environment that is small and cross functional in its nature.
The position also requires attention to detail, good verbal and written communication and the ability to follow all actions to closure.
The job will involve a variety of tasks that evolve from our ever changing business needs.
Required Job Skills:
Order entry accuracy is a must.
Excellent written skills and verbal communications.
Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel.
Working knowledge of business and export terms and conditions.
Knowledge of Oracle and SalesForce.com applications a plus.
