Mark Andy is seeking an Internal Sales Specialist for its entry level digital printer and accessories to solicit and obtain orders, understands and interpret technical requirements and customer needs, and transitions leads into bookings. Takes provided research leads and converts to bookings.
Identifies potential customers through research or pre-qualified leads from other sources. Solicits new accounts through cold calling.
Contacts customers to evaluate current business needs. Builds rapport with customers through phone conversation.
Analyzes customer challenges and identifies how digital products and accessories can solve need. Crafts message to customer to stimulate interest and call to action.
Address high level technical equipment questions during customer?s evaluation process (speeds, substrate capabilities, print widths, etc).
Fulfill requests for product information, brochures, samples, etc.
Understands competitive products and value propositions; able to respond competitive threats during sales process.
Maintain lead database, sales pipeline, and required CRM information for designated territory.
Coordinate and deliver quotations. Negotiate terms within specified boundaries to close sales.
Assist in forecasting process for equipment supply chains.
Communicate with service and support groups regarding specific customer needs.
Coordinate product demonstration requests with Digital Technical Specialist.
Qualifications:
At least 2-3 years of sales or customer contact experience. Printing or graphic arts experience desired. Familiarity with digital printing and/or flexo printing solutions a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent telephone skills ? ability to close sales over the phone. Outgoing personality. Able to build rapport with variety of personalities.
Education:
College degree preferred ? business, marketing, or related field
