The Company

Responsibilities:
Partner with the Sr. Corporate Accounting Manager on the consolidated monthly close activities.
Ensure that financial records are maintained in US dollars and local currency to generate accurate and timely reports for a wide variety of external and internal users including local and corporate management.
Responsible for oversight of all inter-company transactions, including compliance with Inter-company Transfer Pricing agreements, as well as the completeness and accuracy of the Inter-company accounts.
Interact and provide support to senior managers in the foreign location.
Coordinate with external auditors, outside legal counsel, internal legal, FP&A, accounting, and executive management for international subsidiary statutory audits and US audit;
Assist with the filing of the statutory financial statements with international regulatory/government bodies and coordination with our external service providers to fulfill local statutory reporting requirements, including local tax filings.
Responsible for serving as main point of contact to foreign subsidiaries for all financial matters, to identify and help resolve operational, financial and strategic issues that impact the Company.
Collaborate and assist with other groups and/or departments to assist with implementing Company goals and objectives for its international operations.
Responsible for various external reporting requirements as needed.
Qualifications:
5-7 years of management with strong relationship development and people management skills.
Experience with business process improvement
Enterprise systems experience required, preferably on Oracle Financial Software
Experience with the control, maintenance, and design of a consolidated chart of accounts and reporting system.
Results orientation with an ability to collaborate with different individuals across the organization, and ?roll-up the sleeves? in order to accomplish all necessary tasks.
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA considered a plus.
