Major Responsibilities:
Support all HR related activities and take part in building local infrastructure and give assistance in all HR-related matters to the local managers and employees
Lead the implementation of the company HR policies and programs in AMA. .
The role includes having responsibility for:
1. Hiring, being involved in the recruiting process and building up a network with professional search.
2. Coaching and mentoring managers at all levels and be in charge for the support of organizational changes, performance management, recreation and training activities.
3. Resolve employment issues with good understanding of the legal issues.
4. Lead organizational development avidities
Desired Background & Experience:
1. An academic education within Human Resources
2. At least five years of experience from working in an HR generalist position, with focus on Asia
3. Solid knowledge of HR administration and labour law.
4. Team player with excellent mediation skills.
5. Ability to be flexible with an open mentality, highly self driven, committed, and is capable of working independently
