International PR Manager - UK Liquid Machines

Position Overview
The International PR Manager is responsible for managing the execution of an International PR program for Check Point Software Technologies in Europe. The PR manager reports to the Head of Corporate Communications and works directly with the executive leadership team, marketing partners, and Check Point's corporate communications team. To be successful, the PR Manager must be capable of managing multiple PR agency relationships in EMEA, have excellent writing skills, and be able to work effectively under time and budget constraints. Strong media relationship and ability to manage to strong press results is also critical.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute a comprehensive International PR program, including corporate, product and executive communications components, for Check Point. This includes support major customer events and product launches.
- Work with marketing and corporate communications team to drive global and consistent messaging across multiple platforms.
- Manage International PR budgets, plans, and agencies in EMEA.
- Write, edit, approve, and distribute communication materials, including press releases, bylines, fact sheets, media alerts, briefing documents, Q&As, and talking points.
- Identify and develop PR opportunities, pitch angles, and story ideas.
- Maintain an extensive network of key business, trade, and channel media contacts .
- Serve as a primary point of contact for International press interviews, press conferences, and other related events.
- Assist Head of Corporate Communications in fiscal planning and International budget/resource management for all PR activities.
- Monitor and track PR metrics and results on a quarterly and yearly basis. Develop action plans by country and agency to improve on metrics.
- Proactively communicate and provide feedback on the latest, competitive PR strategies and activities.
