International Pricing Administrator Globus Medical

The International Pricing Administrator will work in a fast paced, team oriented environment, and will be responsible for all aspects of international pricing within the Contracts & Pricing Administration (CPA) group. The position will support Globus international subsidiaries and distributors, and partner closely with internal departments to support the international sales teams by providing accurate and timely pricing assistance. This individual must be enthusiastic, positive, even-tempered and effective in building working relationships among the CPA group, as well as all internal and external colleagues and business partners. Experience should demonstrate attention to detail, strong project management skills, dependability, flexibility and professionalism.
Coordinate and prepare quality pricing analyses, and ensure timely, accurate and effective submissions and responses to all internal and external customers.
Support international field sales in providing pricing and account data analyses; and accurate reporting and discrepancy resolution.
Administration of international pricing within GMI system; coordination of pricing committee requests, and various position-related administrative responsibilities.
Coordinator for international sales members on all aspects of international pricing to ensure all pricing is properly channeled through the GMI pricing approval procedure in timely manner; administration and analyses of same within the relevant international pricing portals.
Cross-train on all CPA pricing processes, and assist with overflow of CPA pricing matters.
CPA liaison to: international pricing committee and in-house executive management on all international pricing issues.
Perform duties in an efficient, analytical manner while maintaining a high level of relationship management, confidentiality and professional interaction.
Follow all procedures outlined in Globus Medical?s Quality Policy and Employee Handbook to ensure conformity with all laws, regulations and government agency guidelines.
Other special projects and duties as assigned.
Bachelors Degree in business or related field is required; may consider an equivalent of relevant business experience and education.
Minimum of 3 five years? experience in sales or pricing analysis or similar position preferred. Specific experience with medical devices is a plus.
Advanced MS Excel skills required.
Extensive sales database experience preferred.
Excellent relationship management skills required.
Must possess excellent problem resolution skills, written and verbal communications skills, and consistently display a high level of professional conduct.
Proven ability to analyze pricing and account data, provide accurate reporting and discrepancy resolution.
Analytical thinking skills and a mathematical aptitude with organized multitasking abilities.
