We're looking for an amazing and passionate International Retail Sales Coordinator to join our NYC based Retail Sales team.

The Job:
As our Retail Sales Coordinator you will

Be a member of Quirky's Retail Sales team, reporting to the Head of International Sales

Support our network of International Distributors & Dealers

Optimize the workload of the International Sales Team

Find ways to work efficiently given impossible workloads, timelines and pressures

Be a part of something very, very big

The Responsibilities:

Distribute samples, pricing, sales collateral to all customers

Establish processes to update partners on all corporate initiatives

Manage media and sales collateral needs

Management of daily punch list items; pogs, item setup, data accuracy

Work events, comp shops, etc.

Monitor & manage all aspects of order flow ranging from pricing accuracy to delivery & payment

The Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in sales or client facing role

Knowledge of additional languages is preferred

College degree or a really great dropout story

Live and breathe retail

Unrelenting intellectual curiosity and pride in doing awesome work

Stellar written and verbal communication skills

Strong time management and organization skills

Action and detail oriented

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Experience within a consumer products company a plus
