Position: Human Resources Internship - Unpaid academic internship for credit
Hours: Flexible, depending on class schedule (15 to 20 hours per week)
Location: Phoenix, AZ

The Human Resources Intern will be part of the APHuman Resources department and will gain valuable experience in each of the functional areas within the department and will be exposed to projects involving:
HRIS system transition
Recruitment and staffing
Compensation and benefits
Employee engagement & surveys
New hire on boarding
Assisting with special HR Projects as assigned
Currently enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited college or university, preferably pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
High energy and ability to multi-task
Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills
Possess the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
Great interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
Proficiency working with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent learning ability and business acumen
Ability to treat information and data as confidential
