This is an unpaid academic internship. The estimated education hours for this position are Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM with flexibility based on course schedule. Hours are subject to change based on time of year and population of athletes and clients in-house.
Our goal is to educate and expose you to the day to day business and operations of our world-class facilities coast to coast. The primary responsibility of the Performance Consultant Intern, is to assist in the development, implementation and execution of all business operations and sales strategies. This internship allows you to build and service our Sport, Education, Core Performance and Mentorship programs.
As a Performance Consultant intern you will spend time and interact daily with facility leadership and performance teams. With the industry?s leaders as mentors, you will grow a deeper outside the classroom understanding on how to establish and strengthen revenue streams, generate brand awareness, increase brand equity, lead business projects and first-class customer service systems.

Intern Candidates must be:
Strong and passionate communicators
Computer literate in Microsoft Office programs ? Excel, Word and Power Point
Possess entrepreneurial spirit and competitive drive
Sports Business Administration and/or Business Administration academic background preferred
Collegiate Student-Athlete and/or military background preferred
Fulfilling a curriculum/graduation requirement for course credit
Must be willing to travel to local events such as combines, camps and clinics
