Semester Long = approx. 15-18 weeks (Spring, Summer and Fall)
This in an unpaid internship. The estimated hours for this position are a shift within the following hours of operation:
Monday - Friday varies from 630am to 7:00pm
Hours are subject to change
Minimum 20 hours/week
Our goal is to expose you to different philosophies and ideas and how they are integrated into our methodology and systems of training. We want you to learn how to evaluate the body in a more 3 dimensional format, understanding the entire kinetic chain and prescribing and implementing the best exercises and progressions to meet the individual needs of each client. Open your mind about all of the possibilities when training competitors in the sport of life--think outside the box and forget the cookie cutter approach. Daily duties and responsibilities include: facility and weight room maintenance, equipment set-up and break down, assisting the Performance Specialists as needed with various aspects of training, evaluations, and learning to integrate a proactive approach to health and wellness in a corporate setting.

Passion and/or experience to coaching
Proficient with Anatomy
Computer Literate-Word and Excel
Excellent communications skills
Attention to Detail
Fulfilling a curriculum/graduation requirement in Exercise Science or related field
