The Introduction Coordinator position is the first point of contact for new clients ensuring that training is booked and administrative site work is complete prior to beginning site set-up training with the Implementation Coach. They also provide support to the company by completing additional tasks that occur.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Calls new clients to book training sessions and follows up regularly with those that have not booked training.
Provides Welcome Call services to new clients
Sets general training expectations for the Welcome Call, site set-up training, and check-in appointments.
Discusses desired ?go-live? date.
Provides administrative tasks with clients prior to booking with an Implementation Coach. For example (may change as position evolves):
Change owner password
Create a quick way to access their MB site
Update Business & Location Info
Reviews help resources & shows the client how to log in to create support tickets
Reviews additional services for the client to start including. For example (may change as position evolves):
Merchant Account Processing
Hardware Purchase and Setup
Constant Contact new account or integration
Key tags and gift cards
Other partner opportunities
Gauges interest in JumpStart and Premium Support services.
Helps maintain Introduction Zendesk. Responds to client inquiries and re-routes to appropriate departments and teams as needed
Maintains and tracks clients information in Excel
Works on special projects as assigned by the Introduction Supervisor.

Qualifications: To give each individual the necessary skills to accomplish this job successfully, MINDBODY will provide training within the Introduction Team. Each individual will be tested on and must pass requirements for each of the above duties at a satisfactory level. In addition to training and testing, each individual must meet the following requirements prior to employment on the Introduction Team.
Education and/or Experience:
High School Degree.
Ability to read, and analyze customer questions.
Ability to effectively present information (oral and written) and respond to customer questions.
Ability to think critically.
Familiar with internet browsers.
Familiar online chat tools and email.
Typing: 40-60 WPM.
