Inventory Analyst QuickComm Software Solutions

esponsible for building and maintaining client inventories using a variety of resources such as: CSRs, CDs, and vendor portals.

Responsibilities:

Work with Provisioning on New Orders and Disconnects
Complete inventory build (New &Review) to meet SLA agreed to by client to include New and Review Inventory items
Handle assigned Inventory Projects
Confirm all station numbers are built into Telebase
Confirm all station prices (base, inventory, and monthly) are correct using standard Inventory Build Business Rules
Performs other duties as assigned and directed

Qualifications:

High school diploma and two years experience in a telecommunications based industry or equivalent work experience

Demonstrated a high level of proficiency in Excel required, to include, but not limited to, creating the following: Pivot Table, Concatenation, Filter, Text to Column, Sum
Strong analytical skills with a working knowledge of internal company accounting structure and process
Strong Ability to multi-task
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Very strong attention to detail and accuracy
Outstanding follow up skills
Ability to work independently
Strong Team Work Ethic
