As an active member of the cross functional team, the Inventory Management Analyst must be a selfstarter who loves to dive into details, problem-solve and create solutions that support our Inventory
Management, Production, Merchandising and Operations teams.
Style and PO Maintenance
? Create and maintain style details including the UPC catalog in database.
? Create and maintain factory purchase orders .
? Manage the flow of style information through various systems (ERP, warehouse, Ecommerce).
? Additional projects as needed.
? Help manage the allocation and transfer of inventorybetween the various channels and virtual
? Reconcile receipts and validate future on order.
? Scheduled and ad hoc inventory reporting.

? Assist and consolidate pre-season buys for all channels.
? Recommend in-season transfers between channels.
? Manage total buy quantities and ensure accuracy of inventory roll-ups.
? Assist in sales and inventory analysis and recommend balancing of inventory between channels
? Recommend markdown pricing through analyzing sales and on-hand inventory.
? Assist inventory managers with various projects, such as category planning, size analysis, stock
to sales ratios by channel.
? Bachelors Degree.
? Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Ability to quickly learn new tools and systems. Prior
database experience useful.
? Ability to work independently and set internal goals. Problem-solving, analytical skills and
resourcefulness a must.
? Ability to work at a fast-pace, set internal goals and meet production deadlines.
? Affinity for working in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and excellent written
and verbal communication skills.
? Time management and prioritization of key activities.
? Apparel or fashion ecommerce experience preferred.
? Ability to present analytical information in a clear and concise manner.
