The overall goal for the Account IC manager will be to maintain the inventory integrity and reduce shrink while ensuring top customer experience and order fulfillment. This person will need to have outstanding verbal and written communication, as well as abilities to execute under pressure with potentially tight and last minute deadlines. The ideal candidate will need to develop strategies to maintain accurate inventory levels in accordance to operational changes and rapid growth.
Serve as primary 3rd party customer contact for all facets of inventory control
Monitor and track operational inventory exceptions created during receiving, putaway, picking, etc.
Understand account specific space utilization and inventory levels.
Monitor order fulfillment accuracy, missing inventory, and cycle count progress and accuracies.
Identify and resolve PO related issues (post receipt)
Maintain shrink below the account agreed upon rate
Manage account specific RMA issues such as incorrect items and damages.
Manage and report on damaged inventory levels
Partner with operations team to identify process gaps and inaccuracies.
Manage departmental labor and staffing requirements
Handle systemic requests from ops team ? location modifications, pick cycle changes, etc. to account specific areas with communication to Gilt IC team/managers.
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience
2 years of people management
Demonstrated Flexibility in dynamic, ever changing environment
Excellent organizational skills
Extremely detail oriented
Very strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable communicating clearly at all levels of the organization and to external clients
Proficient in Excel, Microsoft word/office
