Job Summary:
The role of Inventory Coordinator is to perform various administrative tasks in support of the Inventory team.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Inventory Analysts in building telecom inventory into our proprietary data system
Perform research with telecom carriers to obtain additional circuit details
Coordinate and track team work assignments
Track inventory department requests through internal ticketing system
Interface with Customer Service to ensure customer inventory issues are resolved
Qualifications:
Two years business experience in an administrative capacity
Proficiency in Excel
Must demonstrate extreme attention to detail
Outstanding follow-up and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communications
Ability to multi-task, high energy and a self-starter
Emphasis on Customer Service and quality
