Investor Relations Associate Zillow

Zillow is hiring for an Investor Relations Associate to support the strategic planning, development and tactical execution of all investor relations activities.
Prepare and review monthly financial reports, including analysis of stock valuation/performance, analyst estimates/recommendations and summary of current events, for distribution to management.
Create/maintain information data sheets for external distribution; respond to information & meeting requests.
Maintain/update CMS including scheduling, executing and reporting on activities, events and HQ visits.
Perform benchmarking analysis on Zillow?s peer group.
Assist in preparation of presentation materials for investor conferences, HQ visits and other events.
Contribute to earnings press releases and conference calls by gathering data and performing analysis that will enhance and support the public disclosures, as well as managing tasks that require cross-functional contributions.
Develop skills to communicate regularly with Wall Street analysts, investors and members of the media.
Additional responsibilities & projects as assigned.
Bachelor?s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Communications or related field.
Up to 2 years of work experience in investor relations preferred; related work experience considered includes investment banking, business consulting, PR & corporate communications, public accounting, equity analysis, and/or external reporting.
High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications; specifically polished visual presentations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; especially financial concepts.
Must be able to establish credibility both internally and externally. Must be able to work with executive management in a challenging and high-stress environment.
Strong prioritizing, interpersonal, presentation, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
Ability to travel occasionally.
