Prepare investor presentation materials, including earnings call scripts and investor meeting decks (slides, charts and graphics). Work with PR to ensure consistent design, content, and messaging.
Develop and maintain competitive matrix covering Responsys and comparable companies, to include earnings summaries, positioning, review of SEC filings, analyst estimates, and other key metrics.
Prepare meeting schedules and background materials on investors/firms.
Compile and analyze stock ownership information and trends.
Attend investor-management meetings and take detailed notes.
Maintain and update portions of IR website, making recommendations for updates and enhancements.
Three years relevant experience, e.g., corporate investor relations experience; sell-side equity analyst; investment banking. Software industry experience a plus.
Excel and Powerpoint skills adequate for preparing investor presentations, analyzing analyst financial models, and summarizing research findings.
IR Database user skills; knowledge of Corporate Intelligence a plus.
Market data provider user skills; knowledge of Factset a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Work collaboratively across departments.
Ability to work in a self-paced environment.
