Job Description
The position of Invoice Processing and validation Specialist will be responsible for validating paper and electronic telecommunications invoices for: accuracy of charges, payments applied, electronic loading for final client approval, and meeting the time frames established for monthly payment of invoices.
This individual will be responsible for:
Q Review, validation and processing invoices for payment
Q Work billing issues, such as:
o Past due balance research
o Misapplied payments
o Vendor billing
Q Map charges to clients financial codes
This position supports both full and part time.

Q MS Excel
Q MS Word
Q MS Outlook
Qualifications/Requirements:
Q College Degree preferred and/or job related experience
Q Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Q Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Q Ability to work well with teams and independently
Q Ability to analyze problems and communicate results
