We're looking for a lead iOS developer who has had experience releasing at least one app to the App Store. Dinamundo is a unique social networking app that relies heavily on API calls to our server and Facebook via their SDK (as well as relying on the great jokes delivered by our professional comedy writers!). The first version of the app has already been approved in the App Store, and we are ready to take it to the next level. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to dig deep on a network app that is tightly Facebook integrated.You should have experience or be familiar with the following:
- 3+ years of prior software development experience
- Thorough knowledge of Objective-C, iOS, and the iOS SDK
- Familiar with Facebook's SDK
- AFNetworking including SBJson, HTTP headers, etc.
- Knowledgeable about iOS deployment processes including credentials, adhoc builds, and provisioning profiles
- Ideally, a veteran of several App Store approvals and launches
Other tools/platforms we use, where familiarity will be an asset:
- Heroku (Rails 3.2.2, Ruby 1.9.x)
- Postgres
- Pivotal Tracker
- Git
This is a great job for someone who thrives in an early stage startup environment, and has excellent communication skills. We're a small team and we pull together to get stuff done.
We're looking for a full time employee, though will consider qualified full time or near full time contractors. Start date is as soon as practical. Though our first version is shipping imminently, there's plenty to do.
