Instructional Design Intern Profile
Accolade is looking for an Instructional Design Intern to support the ongoing learning needs of the organization.
Assist with rapid needs analysis, performance analysis and design sessions to design learning experiences
Develop elearning materials that support experiential learning
Update existing courseware
Apply adult learning principles to all courseware development and delivery
Quickly and iteratively produce highly effective and engaging learning materials that meet business requirements by working with subject matter experts and executives
Develop creative materials to support elearning delivery methods.
Develop materials to support new hire onboarding and ongoing learning experiences
Create all learning materials based on adult learning theory that supports a range of learning styles
Work on multiple projects concurrently, sometimes with short timelines
Assist with the facilitation of material design, build and review feedback sessions with curriculum stakeholders
Regularly update existing course materials based on business process or system changes in addition to general course enhancements
Convert existing ILT course materials into online learning activities
Provide development estimates for elearning course materials
Analyze evaluation results & qualitative feedback to proactively identify course improvement opportunities
Bring creativity to all of your work every day!
Ability to produce high quality deliverables, on time
Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Experience with MS Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaborate and work effectively as part of a team.
Excellent relationship-building skills
Experience in elearning development tools (e.g. Articulate, Captivate, Firefly, etc)
