Troubleshoot basic connectivity, IP, email, DNS, and network issues.
Convey complex information to customers in a manner that they understand.
1 year ISP experience or equivalent knowledge
Strong oral and written skills
Type 30 wpm
Working knowledge of Data including DSL.
Working knowledge of email/webhosting/DNS and applicable related software.
Understand Network, data, and soft service concepts.
Understand how to troubleshoot network, data and soft service issues.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to adapt and remain calm in a busy and sometimes stressful environment.
