ISV Strategic Alliance Manager Centrify

Centrify is currently recruiting for an individual to manage and develop Centrify?s strategic ISV alliance partnerships with cloud and mobile ISVs. This person will report to the Sr Director of Business Development and must be based in the Silicon Valley/Greater Seattle area. This person will be a key contributor to expand the reach and distribution of Centrify?s Unified Identity Service solutions, by driving joint product integration, go-to-market execution, co-sales activities, field marketing and nurturing all aspects of the ISV partnership. The focus of the position is to drive business and technical relationships with key industry vendors such as SaaS app, Mobile platform/device, Mobile Network Operators/Carrier vendors to generate incremental sales opportunities via these relationships. The position will be closely aligned with Centrify?s product management, engineering, marketing and sales groups.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong product and marketing background that enables them to engage with an ISV partner?s marketing and sales organizations at the executive level, as well as a technical background that enables them to easily interact with ISV partners? product managers to drive product integration and strategy. This person must have a demonstrated ability to build relationships with ISV partner?s business development organizations, think strategically and analytically about product, technology and business challenges, with the ability to deliver and execute a joint GTM plan that meaningfully accelerates Centrify?s thought leadership & sales pipeline.
Be known as the driving force in the rapid adoption by partners of our free-to-use market-seeding features, our developer frameworks, and other synergistic offerings.
Evangelize and execute the go-to-market models that will rapidly expand the use of Centrify?s datacenter, cloud and mobile platforms.
Win initial adoption and proof points with mobile and cloud ISVs for executing Centrify?s thought leadership technology partnership activities.
Through personal example, establish the style and approach that will characterize Centrify?s dealings with strategic partners and the marketplace.
Serve as a key member of the Business & Corporate Development team that sets the company?s strategic initiatives with a unique perspective on how to rapidly scale the market adoption of Centrify?s platform and solutions.
Spearhead and manage multiple business development initiatives that are consistent with the company?s overall strategy.
Work closely with product management, marketing and sales teams to identify prospective partners, initiate contact, drive execution and manage/report on initiative progress.
Manage contract negotiation and work with legal counsel as required.
Skills and Experience Requirements
5 years plus of relevant business development, product management, marketing experience in a web/cloud/mobile/security software startup
Working knowledge & experience with Cloud Software, Mobile or SaaS vendors and their business models
Extensive experience with developing and managing partnerships for the purpose of market seeding/rapidly scaling distribution, revenue generation and other strategic partnerships.
Experience marketing or selling products or services in a rapidly evolving, high growth, dynamic venture-backed environment.
A good understanding of Centrify?s market: products, players, technologies.
Extraordinary people?s skills, persuasive personal presence and presentation.
Proven track record of successfully exceeding targets and wining over the competition.
Super motivated and hands-on team player.
Desire to win at all costs, persistent, results oriented.
Bachelor?s degree in Business or Marketing is required, with an MBA or JD preferred
Based in Silicon Valley or Greater Seattle region.
