?Gather user requirements through interviewing, listening, facilitation and analytical skills
?Ability to negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders.
?Obtain data from application databases, using basic query skills, for analysis and reporting
?Research and recommend system configuration alternatives and options
?Troubleshoot application problems, determine root cause and define/design solution
?Design and manage testing strategies
?Business Process modeling; developing systematic and operational processes and procedures.
?Understanding of relational database concepts, client-server concepts
?Program and Project Management experience leading small, medium and large scale information technology or related projects
Requirements?Senior level knowledge of, and recent hands-on experience using PL/SQL, Reporting Services and SSIS.
?2+ years working with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
?Experience using Team Foundation Server for source control and task management.
?Experience with financial, billing, and human resources systems and support. (Oracle and RevChain are Integra?s current financial systems)
?Knowledge of IT methodologies; development, Change Management, Change Control and compliance
?Expert level experience analyzing data, troubleshooting system problems, determining root cause, and creating solutions.
?Excellent written & verbal communications skills
?Experience leading small ? medium size Projects
?Proven ability to negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts in order to ensure on time delivery of projects
?Experience using Windows-based desktop software and online tools, including search engines, browsers, user blogs, etc.
?Telecommunications knowledge through direct or indirect work experience.
?Knowledge of data modeling, Business Intelligence, data warehouse concepts
?Experience designing and managing testing strategies
?Current or immediate past experience supporting financial systems and a working understanding of acceptable accounting and SOD practices
?Experience working with medium-to-large-scale vendor packages (ex: Oracle EBS)
?Knowledge of other development languages; Java and Oracle with PL/SQL.
