This position will work from the Kennett Square, PA office reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Applications & Support
Administrative Tasks
? Propose improvements to the current network, and recognize future technology opportunities to
enhance the services and/or reduce costs of the services provided by the infrastructure
? Research and recommend new hardware and software purchases as needed
? Maintain software license compliance throughout the organization
? Daily monitoring of system backups, server logs, and firewall log.
? Submits weekly status reports to designated management.
Communication
? Communicate both horizontally and vertically within the organization
? Consistent customer-service attitude in supporting, training, and interacting with the VCS user
community.
? Maintain consistent messaging to the end user community with respect to planned and unplanned
system outages, enhancements, and other events that affect end users.
? Organize ideas for logical presentation and acceptance
? Demonstrate a good understanding of when and how to communicate
? Adapt your style to fit the audience and their reaction
? Restate the question to ensure comprehension
? Assist in determining the appropriate level of detail based on the audience and the need

Information Technology Support
? Installation, configuration, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of PCs, printers, and network
? Responsible for supporting Windows XP and Microsoft Office
? PC configuration, deployment, and help desk support for remote and on-site employees.
? Work with consultants and vendors to troubleshoot hardware and software problems
? Identify and escalate problems and opportunities for improvement in the firm?s infrastructure and
technology
? Provide IT orientation of new employees
? Train users on any new technology

Requirements
Qualifications
? At least 3 years of information technology administration experience
? Associates Degree or equivalent training
