Job Description:
The Xsigo IT Application manager's main responsibility is to ensure the operational efficacy and excellence of an organization. The IT application manager designs and documents work flow, manages and provides solutions to new business unit ideas, trends, and concepts appropriately through the latest technological paths. The IT application manager understands the customer's business requirements and business process management, and then translates them to particular software requirements. They are hands on with enterprise technologies like Salesforce.com, knowledge database software, Oracle Apps, and SharePoint business process and workflow software. The IT Application manager is an expert in the quote to cash workflow and implementation between Oracle apps 12i and SFDC. They are also an expert in the integration and configuration of SFDC and Bugzilla.
Responsibilities:
Collecting and analyzing the project?s business requirements and transferring the same knowledge to a development team or integration development partner.
Evaluating the data collected through task analysis, business process, surveys and workshops.
Providing suggestions to the client?s for their business needs and process improvement.
Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents.
Communicating effectively with external clients and internal teams to deliver product?s functional requirements like screen, interface, and GUI designs.
Acts as a liaison between technical staff and business owners.
Documenting the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining sign-off from the appropriate client.
Designing and executing the test scripts and test scenarios.
Coordinating with the groups of business unit who test, validate, evaluate new applications and functions, and determine issues in services and software.
Occasionally acts as team leader on systems projects and/or establishes and communicates common goal and direction for the team, coordinates activities of the project team, project plans, and assists in monitoring project schedules and costs.
Managing any change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed deadlines.
Skills and Specifications:
A proven functional/technical professional with at least 12+ full lifecycle SalesForce.com implementation and 5+ years of Salesforce.com support experience.
5+ years SharePoint Configuration and Management experience
5+ years Defect tracking Software configuration and integration experience
Oracle ERP apps, Zoomerang, Xactly experience a plus
Demonstrated experience configuring within SalesForce.com. Configuration and design skills are essential
Solid project management skills.
A proven resource in assisting in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.
Ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver.
Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.
Ability to thrive in a high pressure start up environment
Education and Qualifications
5 to 10 years relevant experiences
Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science
