POSITION SUMMARY IT Applications Support Specialist or Administrator performs administration of
enterprise resource planning (ERP); customer relationship management (CRM)
software products and key underlying applications (i.e. databases; websites or
Wikis; etc.). Provide technical support and troubleshoot software application
related issues. Develop or work with 3rd party contractors to interface key
subsystems to the companies? main ERP systems. Run necessary system backups.
May also perform installation, configuration, or tuning.
CORE EXPECTATIONS
This position will be responsible for maintaining all aspect of the Calabrio web and ERP
system. Including the following:
? Developing reports and dashboards
? Maintaining data integrity. Including purging data when required
? Developing key interface usability for key departments like Sales, Marketing and
Support
? Managing all aspect on interoperability to other systems like Jira, SF.com, Wiki, SQL,
etc.
? Other core expectations will be defined by your direct supervisor/manager
CORE COMPENTENCIES
? PHP, HTML, Wiki, JavaScript and XML knowledge
? Knowledgeable in data exchanges and importing and exporting of key databases.
SQL Database maintenance & interfacing
? SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords
? Interfacing to other systems like CRM SF.com, etc.
? MS Active Directory knowledge
? Good project planning skills
? Good troubleshooting and creative problem solving skills for design, creation and
testing software
? Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to interact with team
members, senior support personnel, high level personnel and customers
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Basic knowledge of proper IT network experience
