FireEye is in the process of rapid growth and expansion establishing many offices both domestically as well as internationally. With the current rapid growth many of these offices are being established in parallel requiring a dedicated Network Engineer to ensure that all IT infrastructural aspects are covered.
Qualified candidate will be responsible for implementing FireEye?s IT infrastructure. Utilizing technical expertise candidate will be integral contributor to development of overall architecture of IT infrastructure focused on our Corporate and International growth.
Position will require working cross departmentally and developing strong partnerships with the Operations, Architecture, Engagement Managers and Deployment teams. Development of leading edge innovative solutions and improvements that will result in enhancements to current methods, procedures and processes.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Infrastructure Project Management, Implementation and Integration
Determine local environmental requirement and ensure that systems procured for those locations meet requirements
Vendor management, scheduling and coordination
Work with Build Team, IT and Facilities to establish standards and templates, as well as recommend procedures and policies
Process all Purchase Requisitions, Submit Purchase Order?s to vendors and Sign off on Invoices when work has been completed
Managing inventory and coordinating with shipping companies for international shipments, customs clearance etc
Work closely with stakeholders to implement according to current standards as well as assist in establishing standards
Additional responsibilities as necessary
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
5+ years of Project Management around IT infrastructure implementations
10 years of IT Infrastructure experience
Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work across business functions.
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to work with others on the team or as an individual.
