Responsible for creating and/or delivering a service component. Works with other members of the Program Management or Service Area Team to ensure a service is delivered across the organization. Reports to Business Analyst Manager
Manages a part of a service area from concept to implementation.
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, formulates processes and configures systems to deliver on overall business strategies
Identifies and tracks success metrics
Monitors workflow and deadlines.
Analyses data to identify issues, root cause and resolves independently or through collaborating with other team members
Familiar with functional, process, relational database concepts, and client-server concepts.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
May lead and direct the work of others.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Proficient in process mapping, project management, relational database concepts, and client-server concepts.
Expert in Excel, MS Office
Proficient in HTML and SharePoint
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience working with development teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize work against strategic and team goals-self starter
Able to present information in a clear, professional way with management level stakeholders
Ability to work with end user communities to turn business process problems into technology solutions
Ability to implement and drive new processes with teams
NICE TO HAVE:
4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area, managing creation and implementation of a service area component, trouble-shooting.
Familiarity with Agile Development processes and methodology
Familiar with building business cases, determining return on investment prior to initiating IT projects
