Job Summary:Jawbone is currently seeking an experienced IT Desktop Support professional to provide high quality IT Desktop support from our Sunnyvale, CA location.
Core Responsibilities:
Day to day troubleshooting.
Install OSes from Scratch.
Software package installs.
Minor hardware upgrades.
Support 50/50 Mac/PC environment.
Support printers, wifi, and switched LAN.
Support corporate services (email, calendar, collaboration).
Manage automation tools for system imaging and configuration.
Remote desktop support.
Provide iPhone and Android support.
Virtual machine environments.
Basic Linux administration
Requirements:
Associates degree
Atleast 2 years in IT field
Familiar with server hardware
Expert at Google Apps for business
Experience with Linux administration
Additional Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Microsoft or Apple certifications are a plus
