At least two years of experience solving computer problems and a Bachelor?s degree in IT or related field.
Responsible, detail oriented and conscientious; a proven commitment to the customer and to the resolution of their issues is of utmost importance.
Self-motivated and self-directed individual, yet able to take direction and function as a member of a team as necessary. Capability to multi-task and address changing priorities is a must.
Expertise in Windows 9x, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. Familiarity with Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008
VMWare knowledge a plus
Microsoft Office 2007/2010
Good verbal and written communication ability, being able to discuss and explain technical issues in non-technical terms to which a customer can relate.
After-hours availability for installations and/or emergency support issues as they arise.
